Rechavia is the name of the very green residential neighborhood of Jerusalem that I live in. This is the "Rechavia windmill," located on Ramban St. If you've visited Jerusalem, you might remember the Yamin Moshe Windmill, which is really beautiful . . . the Rechavia windmill has become a shopping center. But notice the big Chanukah menorah!
